I’m starting a new blog today!
In “Third Act Writer” I’m looking to explore the process of starting a new chapter in my life - one where I hope to allow myself to become a more honest writer. I’m not a novelist nor am I an expert on fine dining. What I do know is my own mind-and far more clearly since I’ve accepted that my generation has lost much of its influence.
I see myself blogging as a humorist, as well as a commentator on everything going on in the world and specific events-which obviously includes the political climate in 2019.
As you may have guessed, I’m not a fan of Mr Trump. In fact, I’m very disappointed in his presidential mannerisms (or lack thereof) and in his behavior. His using Twitter to post official government position is less than presidential. Whatever happened to White House press conferences? Who replaced Sarah?
Too many people hating on each other. Too many automatic weapons and bullets.
Too many mass shootings-that have become commonplace.
Something’s got to change, right?
